We are a collective of therapists who’ve come together because we believe finding the right therapeutic fit shouldn’t feel like searching for a needle in a haystack. We are based in the creative heart of East London at Print House in Dalston E8. If you are thinking about starting therapy and are seeking some support we encourage you to explore our therapist directory to find the right fit for you. We each bring different specialties and ways of working and offer a personal and confidential space to talk about whatever is coming up.

Janet is an integrative therapist, formerly in the music industry and an ex-boarder, who often (but not exclusively) works with creatives and boarding school concerns. Warm and good-humoured, she supports a broad range of life issues, joining the dots between past and present to facilitate a clearer, stronger sense of self.

AAngela offers a compassionate, down-to-earth approach to therapy for both adults and young people. At the heart of her practice is trust and openness, with the understanding that the therapeutic relationship is key to fostering meaningful and lasting change.

Nick brings three decades of coaching and leadership experience into therapy, offering structured support and frameworks alongside therapeutic insight. He works with people who feel lost and have experienced loss, as well as individuals who are impacted by shame. He has significant experience working with clients in non-traditional relationships and neuroatypical individuals.

Mark is a trauma-informed, integrative psychotherapist drawing on psychological and body-oriented approaches. He believes that therapy is a collaborative, creative journey helping you rediscover yourself, explore new ways of being and to feel more at home in your body.

Kryshna is a person-centred psychotherapist, working in a relational and collaborative way with a focus on understanding how things are for you. She offers a supportive, accepting and non-judgemental space for you to explore your experiences, so you may find more clarity and self-acceptance, and be able to make more fulfilling life choices.
